چکیده

Force (kinetic) and opto-electrical motion tracking (kinematic) measuring techniques are well established to analyse gait and other movement patterns. During the last years, videofluoroscopy became a new and well accepted technique to get accurate kinematic information of artificial joints in vivo by a three dimensional numerical reconstruction of the single plane projection view of fluoroscopic images. The method presented allows to simultaneously acquiring kinetic and kinematic data with KISTLER force plates, VICON system and a moving videofluoroscopic system during normal level walking. This new combination of measuring techniques allows an improved analysis of load and movement of the human body. Three-dimensional kinematics and kinetics of total knee arthroplasty during level walking using single plane video-fluoroscopy and force plates: a pilot study.

The goal of the study was to simultaneously obtain accurate kinematic and kinetic data from a total knee arthroplasty (TKA) during level walking, by coupling force plate data with the kinematics of TKA measured by a movable video-fluoroscopic system. Kinematic and kinetic information of a TKA is crucial for the improvement of implant designs and for the increased longevity of the implant compon...

Assessing of Kinematic Variables of the Lower Extremity while Walking in Military Personnel Healthy and Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

Background and Aim: Due to the long-term recovery of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury and postoperative problems as well as the nonadherence to postoperative rehabilitation programs, the risk of re-injury of this ligament will increase. To ignore kinematic variables in Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstructed (ACLR) individuals can be one of the main causes of injury in these people. The...

Biomechanical Analysis of the Influence of SACH Foot and Dynamic-Response Foot in Individual With Unilateral Transtibial Amputee During Running

Objective: Amputation of the lower limb due to loss of part of the musculoskeletal structure reduces performance and increases injury during locomotion. The effect of various types of prosthetic feet has been analyzed in several studies during running. The purpose of this study was a biomechanical analysis of the influence of SACH and Dynamic-Response foot on several kinetic variables in the st...
